Snow Removal for Commercial Lots
This is snow hauling only. We don't clear or treat lots, and we don't compete for snow contracts. We bring the containers and the trucks so the snow-removal contractor or property team can get snow off the property.
Snow Trucking: How Snow Hauling Works
Snow contractors who run out of storage space, landscaping companies with winter accounts, HOAs, and owners or managers of commercial lots who need extra trucks and haul-off capacity after a big storm.
Who We Haul For: Contractors, Construction Job Sites and Property Managers
Containers placed on site
We set 30 yard dumpsters near the piles. They sit lower than a truck bed, so more of the equipment on site can reach them. Your crew and equipment do the loading; we don't supply loading machines. Snow containers are for snow only, with no debris or trash mixed in.
Hauled off by truck
Each of our trucks carries two 30 yard containers per trip. When a job runs long or the volume is big, more trucks can be added to the quote.
Smaller cleanups
For a smaller pile, one or two containers can be placed near it, loaded on your schedule and hauled away when full, without committing to truck minimums. Jobs that retain a truck have minimum hours, the same as traditional hauling.
Weight matters
Wet, packed snow is heavy. That affects how full a container should be loaded for each haul, so tell us about the snow when you call.
Container dimensions
Each 30 yard sits low on the ground near the piles. Dimensions may vary depending on the dumpster style and inventory availability, but the rental volume (cubic-yard capacity) will always remain the same. 30 yard: 18'L x 7.5'W x 7'H.
Placement and safety in winter
The truck needs a cleared path in and room to set and pick up the container. Keep hydrants, storm drains, fire lanes and driving sightlines clear of both the container and the piles. Ice under the rails can let a container shift, so set it on a cleared surface. If a container has to go on a public street, the town decides whether that's allowed, so check first.
When containers fill up
Full containers are swapped, relocated or hauled off per your direction.
Where we work
We work out of Plymouth and haul snow on the South Shore and Cape Cod, including Plymouth, Kingston, Marshfield, Bourne, Sandwich, Barnstable and Falmouth, and the rest of our service area.
