Cape permits differ by town
Falmouth: Permits are required, per 527 CMR 34 of the Massachusetts Fire Prevention Regulations, in order to have a dumpster 6 cubic yards or more in the Town of Falmouth. The permit is required to be obtained by the property or building owner, lessee, or refuse generator. Permits are not required for dumpsters which are delivered to a location and removed in the course of a single business day. The cost of the permit is $25.00. Every other Cape town: Permit rules vary, check with your town.

But with the seasonality and nature of the business, between trucking, logistics and inventory, it's best to plan 1–2 days ahead for deliveries, swaps and pickups. Timing can also depend on how far out you are. Either way, our goal is to meet or exceed your expectations. Emergency and storm cleanup jobs may carry an added charge. Tip: if you know when you'll need a swap or pickup, pre-schedule it. If it turns out you don't need it or you're not ready yet, changes and cancellations are much easier to make. Cancel by the day before and there's no cancellation charge. Pre-scheduling keeps us in position to serve you best.
